Helidriver
Awesome, absolutely love it. Exhaust staining is like what I try for, but never achieve.... KEn
TF51GREGWISE
Nice job! Very well done. Just a few notes on your masterpiece, left side nose chin scoop/cowling panel seem is missing(easy fix), Panel lines on wings should have been filled and raised rivet detail deleted(if you want accuracy), Diamond tread missing on tires(easy fix), Do you have a reference on the red aux tank banding straps? And the exhaust stain should fall behind the trailing edge of the wing. Edited January 22, 2010 by TF51GREGWISE
dpwatson
Very nice job!!! Great paint finish. Love the base. How did you do that? David
josepedro
Thanks to all! The base was done with a cheap photoframe and some static grass. TF51gregwise: thanks very much for the comments on the accuracy! I appreciate them a lot, and will take care of them!

John Krukowski
Personally, I think I'd leave this one alone but take notes from Greg Wise's expert (or, "wise", ha ha) advice for your next Mustang. Fixing all that stuff on this one runs the obvious risk of ruining what you've already achieved, a Mustang that 99% of us would be elated with. Unless you're looking for some really "big iron" to put in your trophy case, I'd call 'er done. ~John Edited January 23, 2010 by John Krukowski
El pibe vitina
Don Gentile's P-51B is one of my favourites Mustangs. I wish to build this one in particular and your model is a very nice example. Parabéns! Cya.
