F/A-18F Take off diorama

Here are some pics of my latest completed model. The F/A-18F and the deck are both from dragon, as are the figures and tow truck. I repositioned all the control surfaces on the F/A-18F and used Fightertown decals. I used decals from Starfighter for the deck markings. Details of the build can be found >>here<<.

Your diorama cetainly has this life-like feel, which is the ultimate accolade! In 1/144... Wow... Hat down :whistle:

Stunning, an amazing diorama that looks so life like. Congratulations mate. 1/144 is my prefered scale, and you have just proved that small is best :thumbsup: ! !

Thanks for all the kind words, glad you guys liked it! It was lots of fun to photograph, the US Navy's website is full of inspiration for photographic angles to try.

Fred, all the masking on the jet and the blast deflector was done with tamiya tape. See >here< for some pics.
