I knew there was some reason I didn't like the Thunderbirds as much as the Blue Angels. That last pic cleared it up for me. Obviously they are Longhorn fans...Geaux Tigers! (Well, in the first of those two shots at least ) Beautiful images all What a difference a clear blue sky can make. If you took these photos here in Blighty they'd all have a grey cloudy background. Love the selection of aircraft for the Airforce Heritage Flight. Man.....the Sabre is a lovely plane. :wub: Thanks so much for taking the time to share these wonderful, evocative photographs. Bill Thanks Bill...it's fun catching the pilots' expressions and gestures as they taxi by. The mountains are an awesome background...I wish they had the show later in the day because the afternoon light is awesome. They could only do that in the summer though...but I don't know how many people would go for an airshow in 110+ degree heat lol. Fantastic shots Randy!The T Birds pics are especially good. Mark Thanks Mark...I'm using a Canon 40D with a 100-400mm L as my primary camera. I have a Canon 400D with a 24-105mm L as my backup/short camera.
