Janissary
Very well done Honza! Just the right degree of post-shading. I may have asked you this before but what kind of gloss coat are you using to prepare for decals/wash and how many coats do you apply? I have found that sometimes the gloss coat suppresses the effect of post-shading (resulting in a single tone) but yours looks just great.

Honza K.
many thanks for all comments. I am really happy than you like it! Jenissary thank you too. I am using only GSI-C coats. You are right, coats suppresses the shadings. You must apply it in minimum layer. (I am using it mainly for protection against the oils on decals). And what your superbug? KRI76
Your painting skills are simply astonishing! Amazing! I've been trying to mimic your work on my Starfighter and I think I'll try to keep on working in that direction. One thing though if I may: I think those national insignias are probably sticking out a little. Maybe some fading on them wouldn't hurt? /Kristian
GreyGhost
Love seeing the markings and wash go on to this Beauty ... Gregg
RiderFan
You really do need to create a thread on your painting. Was that pre-shaded or washed? (or both?) thanks David

mario krijan
Your builds are such tasteful!!!! Great work! With which color did you make oil stains underneath engines?
Janissary
I keep coming to this. It looks so beautiful. If you get a chance, can you post a few close-ups of the main gear bay? Are you using gloss white as the primary color or is it something different?
RiderFan
Okay.. wait.. what?!?! Salt Method... what the heck is that? I've been building models a long time, I can't say I know that one.
Janissary
Rider fan: It's a technique primarily used to weather navy jets. Results in a pretty convincing effect if done subtly. http://www.arcforums.com/forums/air/index....howtopic=171765
