This is my Super Cobra in 1/72. I made it as a fun build in a short period of time. I chose the Cobra because I really like that 3-tone-camo.

The model shows a bird from the HMLA-169 "Vipers" from 1987.

I tried to correct the exhausts of the Revell-kit with putty.

The gatling gun was rebuild using hollow needles.

I used colours from RoG and Tamiya.

The cockpit was filled with some cables, missing levers and the armor plates.

The rotorblades were removed from the rotorhead and attached angular.

In total it's a nice kit but if you want to let it shine it needs some serious rescribing because of the raised details. I hope you like the built and every comment and tip is welcome!

Excellent work!...

The subtle but weathered look and the extra cockpit details really set this model apart from the others I have seen built from it... :salute:
