terrysumner
To all of MY friends on ARC...please say a prayer or have a kind thought for the family of Trooper First Class Kenny Hall, who was killed yesterday on I-91 in Enfield. He was on a routine traffic stop, sitting in his cruiser when another vehicle plowed into the back of his cruiser killing him. Kenny came on the job in 1988 and started at Troop D, the same Troop that I started at. RIP Ken.....

Kalashnikov-47
Terrible. Sensless and needless. People need to look for them guys, anybody by the side of the road for that matter, and move over or slow down. It's the law here in Michigan. This tradgedy is made all the worse in that it was preventable. My thoughts and prayers go out to Trooper Hall's family and friends.
