Pep
Hi guys This is my 1/72nd Tamiya Spitfire with Aires Detail set. It was finished using Tamiya and MM acrylics, weathered with Oils and pastels. The kit is awesome very well engineered my only complains are the decals and the 2 piece canopy which had to be cut to the open position. as for the aires kit..... beautiful detail but oh god what bad fit! I actually had to use 2 of the spitfires because i ruined the first ones wings while thinning the plastic. wings and fuselage had to be paper thin for the tub and gun bays to fit. Hope you like it, any suggestions will be appreciated! P.S. I'm currently working on a base so I don't lose all the little panels. Orion Field
Thats really amazing, I wish I had your skill, I have trouble getting a kit built out of box to look good, not to mention all of the extra detail you put in.
