Emvar
As the Title says, I'm converting the Trumpeter ASLAV into a Canadian Coyote. This one will not have the surveillance suite but will be a Fire Support Vehicle. So far I have removed detail from the ASLAV Upper Hull and added some add on armour. I'll keep you all posted. Comments welcome. :D Emil Edited January 17, 2011 by Emvar
HOLMES
I don't know what a Canadian Coyote A/C looks like but sound like a fun good build to follow.
Charlie Cheetah
Looks great so far Emil. I'll be following this one closely... You do know Trumpeter has announced some new CF AFV for the new year including a Cougar and a Bison right?

Emvar
Hey thanks for the encouragement!!! Holmes, I didn't know what it was until recently either. Typical Canadian fashion we buy an amphibious platform take all the boat stuff off..... and stick other stuff on it. Charlie, Yeah I know about the Cougar and I thought it was the Husky not the Bison. I like the 8 wheelers better. I'm sure when I'm done Trumpeter will also release a Coyote. Shawn, I know.... :D
Charlie Cheetah
Ok, Just making sure. maybe it is the Husky, not the bison. Im still pretty new to all this AFV stuff. Seriously though, I will be watching this build closely.

Emvar
A small update, Added armour to the lower hull and scratched the left fuel tank. It's coming along.... Emil
HOLMES
Emil It certainly is coming along VERY nicely. Keep up the good work. HOLMES
phantom
Nice job so far Elmo. I remember crew commanding a Grizzley down the 401 (wasn't qualified but some one had to do it) and having to yell at the guy in the turret to stop aiming the weps at the Americans as we passed them. Emvar
Didn't like that fuel tank I scratched so I redid it..... here is a small update. Both sides fuel tanks complete. I added the bolt detail using calibre 35 bolt heads Critiques welcome.... Emil
