Unfortunately I can't get the pic to link directly, so it's on this page, 17 November 10, bottom row left-hand photo - photo © Phil Jones and IPMS Avon

A P-51K of the 356th FG at Martlesham Heath in the post-Spring-1945 scheme. It's a Tamiya D with a K prop added, finished in Tamiya acrylics buffed in places with SnJ powder, with decals by Aeromaster. The staff car is also out of the "P-51D and Staff Car" boxing, and the figure is by Airwaves. I did a sort of 8th pilot, but having looked at the photos in the "Mighty Eighth", MrsC thinks it looks most like Preddy. Wrong FG, but as I say, generic.

I think that's a reflection of the venue lighting in the car's windscreen, it's not a fault on the model (although there are one or two of those ...)

Thanks for looking.
