I think this is a training round - the stencilling on the fin says 'Uchebno Deistvuioushi' - the first word means 'training', I think the second means something like 'active'. I will post my pics of the RS-2US (AA-1) later today, and I have a variety of ordnance photos I took in Kecel in Hungary. Those I'll post once I can verify what each one is for certain.
