Shawn M
Thank you Mark! Steve, despite my saying "I'm going to take a modeling break" I have started exterior mods to my 1/35 Academy AH-1W NTIS Cobra. I'll start a WIP thread eventually, right now Im just drilling holes and making panels that are missing.....real slow progress as my drumming has been my focus lately as planned. Bigasshammm
Those bricks kind of look like farm fields in Europe.
Ranger74
I like the chipping/scratches around the cowlings, definitely something a lot of modelers miss. Overall, very nice build. That night camo just doesn't cut it during the day! Jeff
Shawn M
thanks gang! The cowlings were a happy accident! I went to scuff down the paint a touch and it made the perfect weathering, chipping, scratching effect down to silver and primer. I got lucky for once!

Shawn M
Thanks Deacon! I've started my next build already, working with a lot of guitar/bass strings on this and realizing that they are PERFECT O2 hoses for 1/48 forts as well.
