EA-6B Prowler - Kinetic 1/48

dear friends,

this is my last fininshed for 2010, a Prowler 1/48 from kinetic models, on markings of VAQ-141 Shadowhawks by fightertown decals.

the kit is nicely detailed and very faithfull with the real bird.

thank's boys, i'm happy with your good impressions about my build, now i will made a "FOX" Super bug and the new kinetics mirage 2000 that is another excellent kit from this company

Those Fightertown decals are made for the Monogram kit IIRC....how well did they fit on the Kinetic ?

Especially the big "hawk" decalon the tail .

Nice one Pompeo. The Intruder/Prowler and Corsair II would have to be my favorite US carrier jets. You have done a great job on this one.

Nice finish!! I was thinking about an after market pit, but after looking at yours and seeing the possibilities I'll stick with the kit's.

Matt, about the fightertown decals, its allright, the single problem that i find was just to fit the blackbird on the tail, i had to cut some parts and regroup part after part, but on final looking good

about the aftermarket pit's... i think that is not necessary, the OOB pieces represent a god detail to real bird
