Ajed1
Well after a 2010 marked by mini strokes and mild heart attacks - I'm back again to bother you all. Thanks to some nifty surgery, and an all new (read experimental) pacemaker/defibrillator, nobody is sure it's going to work, but it could do and so was worth the risk. On the plus side I had a couple of nurses who looked like they had come of the set of one of those ERM.. more adult films and that kept my blood pressure ticking along nicely. So physically I have come through pretty lightly, although the damage to the heart muscle cannot be repaired Mentally is another matter there are large gaps in my memory and even the simplest things can take a while to achieve. So there will be a lot of silly question flying about - for that I am sorry. Hope everyone is keeping OK Ajed1
MacStingy
Wow!! Have you ever been through the mill. Sorry to hear about your adventures, but it's good to hear that you are still here. Are you doing any kind of therapy to help out? Get back out there and build. I'm sure that would be a good familiar activity for you. Just don't leave the top off the Tenax or it will vanish. All the best and let us know how you make out. Paul

A-4Silverfox
So now you are a survivor; recognize this and start cherishing EVERY breath, EVERY thing. Forget about "Someday" and "one of these days". If it is worth seeing or doing, see it now or listen to it NOW. We all assume that we have time, and take for granted that we will have a TOMORROW........ SO NOW.....call all family members and your close friends and tell them what they mean to you. Call former friends and apologize and mend fences for whatever squabble twisted you away from friendship. Tell your spouse and other family how much you love them. Do not put off, hold back or save anything that would add laughter or luster to life. FROM NOW ON, EVERY DAY, EVERY MINUTE, EVERY BREATH TRULY IS A GIFT FROM GOD.
