mungo1974
Sad news but knowing just how many hours Neil puts into Paragon,it came as no surprise when he told me earlier this week. All the best in your new job mate, you deserve to take it alittle slower after the almost 24/7 effort of running Paragon as a one man operation for the last 5 years or so!. Good luck for nextweek in the new job
Murph
Sorry to hear that Neil is closing the business. He is a class act and produced an excellent product. Best of luck to him. Regards, Murph

madmanrick
Thanks for the heads up! I alone am responsible for the inventory both at Hannants and Models For Sale being depleted pretty rapidly. I just ordered everything they had in stock that I wanted or needed. Although I was unable to get any of the OV-10 stuff, hopefully I'll locate that elsewhere. I really wanted the Paragon Lincoln conversion, but I managed to resist the temptation...for now. madmanrick
Midd-Tenn hobbies I'm fairly sure that Jack quit carrying Paragon items a little while ago iirc.

Wolfgun33
That's too bad. I really wanted to get the OV-10 stuff as I have the Testors one in my stash. Well good luck Neil.

Jinxter13
I wish him all the best in his future endeavors. The Modeling God's truly have it in for me, I've got a Revell Tornado, that will need Neils products, by the time I'll be able to get them; they'll be all gone . prowler4
I picked up the S-3 wingfolds last night at "Models for Sale." Before they're gone
B-1 Nut
I'd be willing to bet the masters will show up elsewhere.....and that is a good thing for the modeling community.

I have not sold any of the masters etc to anybody. At this moment in time I have not decided what the long term fate of them will be. Not sure where you got your info from!! :P Neil. Neil
Someone in the Uk paid good money for them........ Actually, I would be very curious to know who did make that remark to you. Neil.

mungo1974
At this moment in time I have not decided what the long term fate of them will be. Well if you keep them you've got space at home this time, which means my spare room wont be needed for storage unlike last time LOL
jmathews
MidTennHobbies does not carry Paragon.Mike Not true! MidTenn absolutely does carry Paragon. And we also have more inventory on the way. When the announcement was made that Paragon was closing, we were immediately contacted by collectors in order to purchase most or all of remaining stock. I decided that I'd rather take it offline for a brief time to wait for remaining stock to arrive and to let the dust settle a bit. I'd much rather see it go to individual modelers than to speculators and end up seeing it on ebay at higher prices. My prices will remain the same as before the announcement was made. darren
Someone in the Uk paid good money for them........ Hmmmmmmmmmmm talk about rumourmongering
phantomdriver
Actually, this was info that was sent to me by someone who had pm'd Neil earlier yesterday, so not rumourmongering, merely a misinterpretation of his comm with Neil. Besides Neil and I have discussed this privately , with no ill effect.
