Netz
Yea, that's a bit crude, but the basic idea is there. Building a box is pretty simple, it's the styrene holder that takes a little thought. I built a box out of some plexiglass I had, cut groves in it like graph paper, then drilled holes at the intersections. No luck on the styrene holder. Curt
LaughingLarry
Looks like you copied mine! I use one that looks very similar. My big problem was finding materials that vacuum form easily and are available. I found a site that sells small pieces of a bunch of different materials in lots of thicknesses. I use a lot of the Styrene and Polycarbonate. Site is: www.iplasticsupply.com. Thanks for sharing the video.
Quailane
Looks easy enough to do something really basic, but what about reaching the same sort of accurate reproduction and detail that vacuformed scale canopies, other parts, and even planes are able to reach?
