petebuilt
Yeah, I know I've been at this one for too long! I really think I'm almost finished though. Some new figures, Items, etc. were added to the display. I've posted more pics are in the 'Diorama' forum if you'd like to look. Pete Brown
Avus
I'm not one of the ones who find this boring: looks great! There's a lot more action going on now. :P
HeavyArty
I'll second that^^. It looks great.
Floyd S. Werner, Jr.
Looks great to me. I love the diorama. Very dramatic. Don’t want to hijack the thread, but just an FYI, there is some new UH-60 Medevac stuff on the way. I'm just saying. Floyd
Loach Driver
Pete, there isn't anything boring about your diorama at all. If anything, we need more helo dioramas. The extra figures and detail really add to the whole scene compared to the first version of this diorama. The only way you could possibly improve your diorama is to add this guy to the scene! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2nx6TiegRL4 I don't know if Werner Wings plan to issue a resin figure of the "Aircraft Bringer Inner Dude" in 1/35th scale but with a little arm-twisting, I'm sure Floyd would be happy to add it to his range of products. It is safe to say it would be a big seller! LD. (Pete, apologies for high-jacking your thread. Your diorama still rocks). Edited April 7, 2011 by Loach Driver

arkhunter2002
If anything, we need more helo dioramas. Amen. Pete, glad to see you're still working on it! I know how long and involved they can be... Take care, Austin

rotorwash
Pete, Awesome job on the diorama. Hard to imagine how you could improve it at this point. Thanks for sharing! Ray
Sarathi S.
He could incorporate the Aircraft Bringer Inner Dude. That would improve any diorama, honestly. <_<
petebuilt
"Aircraft Bringer Inner Dude" should have his own syndicated TV show! That is some funny stuff! Floyd, I think you need a figure of that guy with your 1/48 'Vivacious Vonnie'! BTW, have you painted that other 1/48 guy yet? Pete
petebuilt
Thanks guys, I appreciate all of the comments. It's been fun working on this one. Pete

petebuilt
"there is some new UH-60 Medevac stuff on the way. I'm just saying." That's good news Floyd, cause' that stretcher carousal was APITA to scratch-build! Probably wouldn't be so difficult for someone who actually knew what they were doing. But I sure wouldn't want to do that again. Pete
