Great work! Nice job on creating the masks. How did you go about getting the pattern? Did you lay the Tamiya tape over a printed pattern then cut? Have this kit in my stash and have heard horror stories about the cowlings, any troubles?

I used jaw decal as stencil for Tamiya tape cutting.

Yes, cowlings have a nasty problem. But I used the Tamiya Epoxy putty quick type and aluminium foil to resolve the issue.

Thanks. Can you explain how you used the foil? I mean, why was it necessary to use it?
