It seems as though it is a Chieftan rather than a Leopard or a Centurion.. the turret was rather slope-y. Colours appeared to be in Aus army too... did the RNZA.. ermm. RAA do Chieftan trials here? Currently it is parked right next to the wire fence with an old "Landy" in attendance. http://www.nearmap.com/?ll=-32.041272,115.741891&z=20&t=h&nmd=20110314 where the bus is in that photograph. It does not show on nearmap.com so the tank has been there for less than a month and a half. Random comments.. :) EDIT ahhh blast it all to goshdarnedness.
