Marcin Czarnowicz
I will raise this question again, anything else in NY?
Antonov
Nope. There really hasn't been a great shop in NYC since Ace Hobbies closed twenty years ago. Now, even Hi-Way Hobby in NJ has closed down. You'd be much better off investing your time and money in a trip to the USS Intrepid Museum. That's a great experience, and well worth a day.
Marcin Czarnowicz
I'll definitely go to Intrepid but I wan to sav a lot of time for that. I'm here,I mean in NY, for the archaeological conference held by Metropolitan Museum of Art and if I can have a day off there I will spend it at Intrepid.

hobbymyster
Nothing in NYC, anymore. If you can spare 10 minutes and you have transporation, there is a great hobby shop in Ridgefield, NJ, right over the GWB. It's Ridgefield Hobby. Huge selection, vintage and new kits. Lots of supplies. One of the last great treasures in the hobby world.
