Pete
1/72 Revell DeHavilland Vampire FB.5 of RAF No. 112 squadron. Actually an old Heller kit reboxed. Not my best model ever, but it will do. I added weight in the nose, but apparently not enough, hence the clear rod under the tail.
Brutus
My second entry after the British Phantom..here's a Japanese Recce Phantom. As always the stencils were really tedious but I think it does stand out at the end of it.
blunce
Nice work all you last minuter's! Nicolaas: I really like how you've got your Thunderbolt displayed. Don't see that too often. In fact don't know if I've ever seen an inflight display like that. Cool display for a great build! Pete: bummer about not having enough weight in the nose eh? Maybe you need a pilot back there checking the elevator during pre-flight? Your Vampire looks great! Brutus: You must've spent as much as or more time applying decals as you did building the a/c!? Came out real nice though, the markings are different and the Woody the Woodpecker decal really sets it off!
