If you have an item or items to donate, please post item description and condition here and we'll add it to the list above. Please see Rule #5 below if you plan to donate an item to the raffle. Raffle rules and how it will work: 1. Only completed entries will be eligible for raffle prizes. All completed builds must be posted to the Display page by 11:59PST on November 30, 2011 to be eligible for the raffle drawing. 2. Raffle drawing to be held Friday, December 2, 2011. Winners list will be posted to the Raffle Winners page once names have been drawn. 3. Unless otherwise notified, it is winner's responsibility to contact the person or company donating the prize(s) you've won to arrange shipment. 4. Everyone with at least one entry posted to the Display page will be eligible to win a raffle prize. All eligible names will be place in "hat 1" and the prizes placed in "hat 2". First a name will be drawn, then a prize will be drawn to go with that name. If there are more prizes than there are people with at least one build, names of people with multiple entries will then be placed back into "hat 1" to be drawn for the remainder of the prizes. A maximum of 3 entries per person will be eligible for the drawing. So basically, everyone will have a chance to win at least one item before people with multiple entries (up to 3) can win again. 5. Prize donors are responsible for shipping costs. We do have international participation in this Group Build, so if you have an item to donate and wish to limit where you will ship to, please note that in your posting of the item(s) you are donating. 6. Sponsors with multiple items (example: Two Bobs Decals : (5) Decals sheets) are one each winner, not (x) all to a single winner. If any GB participants would like to add a kit or three to the list, post it here, and I'll add it to the list. Edited November 9, 2011 by blunce
Bigasshammm
Wait what? Tamiya 1/32 60322 North American P-51D Mustang US$91.00 Size/Weight: 48.2 x 29.4 x 10.0 cm / 1180g How much is their shipping omg!
blunce
Is that before discount? got this from the site: If your order is 1-4 kits, & package size is below 90cm (Length + Width + Depth): Registered Airmail: Kits weight / 10 + 13 = HK$ (packing material weight is not included) Registered Surface: Kits weight = If the weight is below 1300g ==> US$10.5 From what you posted, the box measures 87.6 and is 1180g so it should ship for $10.50 USD. Then add the discount to that! Hmmm, need to put some stuff up for sale so I can order one! Their "whats new" page says they've suspended service because they are "being attacked by a Typhoon". They do have some great prices though! Mr. Surfacer 1000 in a jar for $3! Edited September 30, 2011 by blunce
Bigasshammm
Sorry just saw this. I emaile them and got a shipping quote to Ohio of I think 24$ for that kit so even with that shipping plus the discount I'd be looking at 110$ish for the tamiya p-51. That's pretty darn good. blunce
Chris @ Zacto has decided to up his prize value and also allow the winner to be able to choose the item(s) they would like to have instead of having to take the AIM-9 sets. The downside is, instead of two prizes, it is now just one. Just wanted to let everyone know in case they had their heart set on the Sparrows.
