wezra
Good little review drewe, nice to see airfix continuing their current trend of nicely detailed kits. Thanks for that!
waylandcool
That looks like a very nice looking kit. I'll have to add that to the stash.
is it windy yet?
Looks great, I'll be getting one or two. I was thinking that it was a different version, but oh well.
anotherP51nut
WOW! Just got two in the mail from Hannants with some other stuff. I don't normally build 1/48 but I love Fleet Air Arm aircraft and wanted to try them. It looks gorgeous in the box, and I have to agree with all the rave reviews so far!!Excellent value and crisp clean moulding. Airfix is definitely back with a vengeance! A 1/48 Tempest V from them would be nice...or 1/32 would be better (wish they did 1/32 aircraft!) Anyway, looking forward to the rest of their Spitfire/Seafire family. Cheers, Richard
Otto
Is this kit based on the dimensions of the Airfix Mk.XII? If you put the fuselages next to each other do they match up in length? do they match up in the lower belly behind the wing?
