konbini
Hey! As mentioned in title, was wondering whether there are any good resin kits of the A330/320/321? scale isn't an issue here, am wondering whether these kits actually exist. Thanks!
CUPRAR
Welsh models do vac/resin airbus a318 a320 and
Jennings
Why are you asking about resin kits when there are very good injection molded kits?? Just curious.
konbini
Thanks! Interested to know what's available for those subjects. I'm only aware of revell's 1/144.
Jennings
Thanks! Interested to know what's available for those subjects. I'm only aware of revell's 1/144. The Revell kits are all very nice. No reason to look elsewhere (besides which there isn't anything else in 1/144).
oldHooker
It's okay konbini, Jennings thinks everyone should like/dislike/want/buy/feel the exact same things/way he does... it confuses him when they don't. LOL Good luck on your quest and if you find some, post the reswults! Thanks man
Nick L
Braz used to do all three (plus some other Airbus types) in resin, 1/200 scale. I think they're all out of production now, though.

So you're going to be producing 1/144 kits of the A320/321/330 then? Sheesh... I love the internet.
oldHooker
Jennings, How would you respond if you go to the store and ask if they have navy blue shirts, and the salesman onced-you-over and replied: "Why are you looking for blue shirts when there's plenty of good green ones available?" konbini is looking for resin Airbuses in any scale, and that's cool... it may not be your preference, Jennings, and it doesn't really have to be now does it? Sheesh! Edited June 19, 2011 by oldHooker
konbini
Truce truce~ didn't mean to stir up a storm.. Everyone here has been helpful in letting me understand how this particular area looks in terms of offering. Basically, as an aspiring pilot, if everything proceeds smoothly in my final round assessments, I will be piloting either the A320/A321s or the A330 depending on which type I get allocated for. Hence wondering about product offerings in this area. Am really grateful and respect the collection of modeling experience =)

Am really grateful and respect the collection of modeling experience =) If you're looking for models there's plenty of choice: http://batufly.com/resin_airbus_1.html http://www.skymarksmodels.com/index2.html http://www.aviationmegastore.com/?shopid=LM4df524938a66a640930f90863a&offset=0&sortOrder=1&action=as These are not "kits" though and a lot of them are diecast not resin. Jennings does make a good point. Hasegawa does nice 1/200 kits of the Babybus and Revell has cornered the 1/144 market. I don't believe anyone would be willing to risk releasing expensive resin kits unless they are in a exotic scale.
TheFlyingDutchman
As mentioned before, Welsh Models has a few very nice 1:72 modern airliners for experienced modellers. I'm considering buying the 737-700 as a large scale airliner really is an impressive model! Here's the A320 The full range can be found here: http://www.welshmodels.co.uk/MJApage.html
