Liberator24
Well....I just so happen to know a few naked chicks from Mexico that would just LOVE to be on the nose of that plane... Yep, I will try them out. -Jim

LoganTLR
HI Welllll I've seen this before. Don't get me wrong, I LOVE the P-61 and would get three as a start but I've been disappointed before. T
redwoodmodels
Whoa! I've GOT to see that!
Netz
I'd love to see it, I just got a look at the Fw-189,nice kit, I had no idea they were so nice, I wish I would have bought more than just that one (which was actually for a Club member) I have 2 P-61's I'd like to do, I did build one with the Monogram kit years ago, I sure would like to do another. I hope they include the upper gun turret. Curt Edited June 28, 2011 by Netz
Finn
Sprue pics up: http://www.dragonmodelsusa.com/dmlusa/prodd.asp?pid=LNRL4802 the top turret looks to be there. Jari
nightiemission
Sprue pics up: http://www.dragonmodelsusa.com/dmlusa/prodd.asp?pid=LNRL4802 the top turret looks to be there. Jari The markings shown are for a turretless P-61A-1. Only the first 40-some P-61As had the turret. Most Pacific based P-61 had fixed upper guns that looked very much like the turret. Be sure to research the aircraft you're building. I'm very much looking forward to this kit. Cheers, Terry (Certifiable P-61 NUT!!)

dsmith
There are not many kits I would clear the bench for, but I think this might be one of them. I need about 4 A's and 4 B's please :) Cheers, -Doug :)
Eli Raphael
Just hope that the clear parts match the fuselage as they intended them to be. I'm very low on decals for them muchachas!
caudleryan
If I only had one choice to buy a kit, it would be this one. Thank heavens someone finally came out with a new tool. Now, I can build one without having to worry about fit issues on the clear pieces. RYAN.

eaglebeagle
I think i just wet myself a little bit!! always wanted to build a P 61 but didn't like the fit issues of the glazing in the RM kit and having bought the Fw 189 kit i'm sure it will be of the same high quality. Sabre
This is great news!!!....just hope it actually goes into full production & makes it to the shelves. Not intending to hijack this thread, but is this the same outfit that was going to release a 32nd B-25 'Strafer' also?....still have a pre-order with Gordon for that one. I don't think so the 32nd B-25 was from Wings-Scale. the new 48th scale P-61 is from Great Wall Models. Cheers, Terry (Certifiable P-61 NUT!!)
Brad-M
Just a question for you, and I don't want to sound snooty, but if there are several errors, are you planning on contacting GW to let them know. GW maybe showing CAD drawings to the modelling world to test the waters to see if anyone sees errors and are hoping peeps will write/email to let them know. Just my opinion, but it may be worth it to contact them to let them know. Cheers Brad Just read that over on HS. I have only one thing to say. I'M IN!!!!! nightiemission
Good thought Brad. I just might see about doing that. It would be good to know if the errors I saw Were errors or just showing extras for later variants. Cheers, Terry

I'd say you get whatever they've already got at this point.
