CUPRAR
Hi all, i started this build along time ago but just posting pics today, the build is in primer as it stands but pics show upto the filler on the fuselage. i used balsa wood as the plugs for the fuse, im building the 19 frame stretched 900. so the gap at the front is 51mm and 28mm at the rear. i have used milliput white putty, well here are some pics and will carry on though the build Edited August 18, 2011 by CUPRAR

Alright buddy ? I'm really impressed with the quality (and speed) of your builds ! I'm hacking my way through a 1/48 Kopro SU-7BKL modified to BMK at the moment. After that I'm going to do a Revell 1/144 A319 in Iberia colours. It's going to get the full treatment, flaps, slats, maybe even spoilers, the lot ! Keep up the good work mate, always good to see your models.

TheFlyingDutchman
Wow, the A380 looks impressive with that HUGE fuselage! I bet you could fill a sandbox with the sanding dust that came from the excess putty :)

streetstream
Very nice, but i think your vertical stabilizer is crooked. It seems to be in one of the pictures (earlier in the build, the head on picture).

It happened in the box with everything on top of it and bent it

It would be a shame if such a great model would have been ruined by a crooked tail when all it takes is for one person to just point it out and all is well. But once again, great model. Hope that i ever get the skills and courage to make such a drastic conversion.
CUPRAR
Done a bit more the last 2 days, the fuse has had 3 coats of halfords appliance White and I've painted the red on the belly, I need to tidy the red up a little. CUPRAR
I've finished the decals on the port side and now onto the other but I've had to stop. The tail decal has all split when putting it on so I'm now waiting for a new decal from Twosix as soon as they come I'll bang on with it
