Recently I order a tool set from them last week 07/14/11, and I received an email said they had a very bad storm(?)in their area and the shipping will delay until the power is back (pwr. outage for last 3days in their area?) I try to call them w/o any returning my phone call...also I log in to their web site but w/o successful when through? an error message said wrong ID or password! I want to know how the services from this company?
