JackMan Posted July 25, 2011 Share Posted July 25, 2011 Yup, I'm a recent MS Essential convert too. Before that I was using AVG. It was quite good IMHO. It managed to catch things that McAfee didn't. The only downside to AVG is that it might slow your system down when it's doing an auto-update ( you can however, change the schedule to when it should update, eg, when you go off for lunch).
