erikztm
Hi all, here's my latest trick. One hitherto unpreceded (at least to my knowledge) egg-rendition of an F-84F. Starting point was a plastic egg shaped container from a toy store. The rest is putty (general shape and complete pilot), sheet plastic (wings and such), steel wire (gear leg centers), two modified droptanks and some wheels from the spares-box. Finished with some handpainted markings and 1/72 decals from Dutch Decal. I hope you like the pictures!
Basman
When i saw the pictures during the build, i never tought that this could be the end result. I apologize that i underestimated your skills. This egg is AWESOME!!!!!!

Els
Erikztm, It's always nice to see an Egg plane and your F-84 turned out great. You definitely had the imagination and skills to pull it off. It looks better than the factory made kits. Els
SmashedGlass
Great scratch-build Erik! Perhaps I'll try my own egg-dition of something Hasegawa hasn't kitted yet....

SmashedGlass
Oh yes.... I think I just figured out what to do with all the bits from the *failed* old Revell MiG-29 I've been using as practice-parts
pollie
Very nicely done! Would have chosen a different squadron, but still: very nice! :D
