Mouth opens & closes...no sound comes! LOVE it, especially the super-tight paintwork... do I dare try that freaky Rhino centenary patchwork scheme now?

My link

Not sure I even know where it comes from: looks like the Mach Altus 'Crusaders' emblem on the tail -aren't they 'Werewolves' now?

(Did something really stupid here: occasionally forget where some images I get sent originate from...)

This is one of the best models i have ever seen. Fantastic sharp looking.

You asked about the dust issue in your thread, i recommend to invest into micromesh. It is sanding paper, but super fine, up to 12 000.

Thank you guys, I very much appreciate your feedback. Berkut, thanks for the pointer. I have been hearing about that for a while, I guess I should get one set. Ken, that Kadena eagle was my first model I built (in 2006) after my childhood. I hear people saying you should hold on to your first model. It is an absolute disaster (feels like sandpaper when you touch it) but it reminds me how much fun I had after coming back to the hobby 14 years later.

if you happen to have pics, would love to see it. It might be a good gauge to show how you've progressed to an outstanding modeler...the 2 foreground Eagles in that group shot attest to that

Wow. I'm guessing it's not a common kit? I managed to find a Hasegawa 1/72 F-15J Aggressor (tail # 92-8912) but I didn't do as well as I had hoped on it--those nozzles were a royal pain.

wow awesome eagle!!

as for getting better pictures I found that ditching the light tent and just using bare CFL bulbs was the answer. with the lights behind and above the camera as much as possible.
