VA-115EFR
A while ago, I purchased the reissue Revell A-6E Intruder, and ever since has been a s-l-o-w build due to my busy schedule. Due to seeing everyone's excellent builds on here, I've been debating whether to post my novice work, so here it goes. My plan is to pose her as trapping aboard a carrier. I've cut and dropped the flaps and slats which proven to be a pain in the behind, and have taken a lot of the build time (still working on it) will have the wing tip speed brakes open as well. http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e376/A-6FAN/Jasonsmodelpics001.jpg http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e376/A-6FAN/Jasonsmodelpics012.jpg http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e376/A-6FAN/Jasonsmodelpics011.jpg http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e376/A-6FAN/Jasonsmodelpics010.jpg http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e376/A-6FAN/Jasonsmodelpics014.jpg I've also rescribed the panel lines which right now looks iffy, but I'm hoping will look better after priming. I plan to build her as a tanker using two wing tanks from a Prowler model and modifying the center tank as a buddy store. PLEASE any tips or suggestions are appreciated.
