AV O
nice work! It's a shame Dragon Typhoon kit has so many flaws Yes, I have been aware of them after I completed the model. Mainly Torpedo tube arrangement (3x2 way rather than the 2x4), and stern : elevators and ducted fan type propellers. But when the kit was released, pictures such as these : were for sure not available. You may find some modified models in the gallery. But comparing those ships side by side is a good way of showing how they big are. Almost 600 ft (170m) long, similar to Ohio but twice as wide : 80ft (23m) for Typhoon. Just think that the missiles are straitgh up in their belly. 20, each with 5 nuclear heads at their tip !!! See the four of them together in the Akula / Los Angeles topic.
