JB2013
[For car parts with chrome-plated parts] Whenever replacement is impossible the other solution to fix it is to repaint it. What's the closest paint brand that could imitate a factory-made chrome plating on a model part? I've heard Alclad was the solution - anyone agree? No rush; any help will do. Thanks~! Netz
Alclad is the way to go, the wheels and radiator were done with Alclad, this was built by one of our Club Members. I've also used SNJ aluminum powder to get a very high polish, but it's allot of work and a few steps to get it there. Curt
