Dave Williams
Anyone have any input which is better? I was in the hobby shop today and they have both the RoG and HobbyBoss 1/32 Boxer kits. The RoG kit was $23 while the HobbyBoss kit was over twice as much at $55. I looks like the HB kit has some PE while the RoG kit is all plastic. Also, the HB kit has parts for the drive train, while the RoG kit just has a flat bottom with no detail (protective armor covering the drive train?). Finally some differences in the armament and the HB kit has some sort of sensor turret that the RoG kit lacks. Is the HB kit better or more accurate for over twice the price? TIA. ChernayaAkula
1/35! The RoG kit is, for all I know, the more accurate rendition of a production Boxer, while the Hobby Boss kit is more representative of the Boxer prototype.
