streetstream
Does anybody know where i can get Aer lingus decals for a 1/144 Revell A320? I saw a decalset made by max decals, but can't find one for sale.
niki4703
Hi, There is a retro livery by Two Six readily available: 144-503 Aer Lingus "Retro" Airbus A320-214 Laser decal Or you could bash something out of these: http://www.hannants.co.uk/product/SS44019 http://www.hannants.co.uk/product/FPA44377 http://www.hannants.co.uk/product/FPA20260 ...yes, I know that 767 decal is 1/200, but given the size differences on the real planes, perhaps the graphics are just about the right size for a 144 A320. That is if those other options are a no-go :) Cheers! Niki
JFCB89
I've asked this very same question about half a year ago, and at that time Ray Charles from TwoSix told me that he would be releasing them somewhere after the summer. I think he is really busy, but you can send him a message and ask for the status, Cause I know they are on his list. ;) brgds, Jordy

The 767's are an option i'll consider seeing as the cheatlines can be painted. I just need the titles and the taillogo.

It most likely that Dndieje is able to help me (and he is doing it free of charge on top of it), so it could be that i'm saved. Like Borat would say: Great success. streetstream
Great news. Love to see your Aer Lingus A320 on the forum when you'll start building it. ;) Well, it might become my next build and possibly my first ARC feature. I bought the kit to practice my white painting skills, seeing as i have trouble airbrushing plain white. So if the painting result is good, i'll use the Aer lingus decals. If not,... Always use Citadel "Skull White" aerosols for white now, it's the stuff you can buy in the Games Workshop stores. It's bone dry (sorry ) in half an hour and sprays beautifully. The stuff is very matt but rock-hard when dry. You can even polish it using soft steel wool without leaving scratches.

I heard Halfords appliance white in a spray can is also good, so i'll try to order one next week. Hope that it does the trick.

TheFlyingDutchman
Just saw the preview. It looks great! Thanks for supplying two pairs of white Aer Lingus titles to avoid the green bleeding through, and for not printing the window decals through the cheat lines.
niki4703
I never thought I'd live to see the day such a sheet would emerge! One order from yours truly to follow
