Scott R Wilson
COOL! Always wanted to do that, but alas, it wasn't to be. :) Me too, Concorde at Mach 2, that'd be something to brag about for sure! Jennings, I still wonder why you dislike the Piper Tomahawk so much? I learned to fly in the five PA-38s we had at Ramstein, and enjoyed flying them very much. I flew another one in Wisconsin some years later and still enjoyed it. I've logged 109.4 hours in Tomahawks, and if I was going to buy a cheap little trainer to cruise around in, I'd buy one in a heartbeat over a Cessna 152. The Tomahawk was roomier, better visibility, and didn't have any nasty behaviors that I ever experienced. I did spins in one without trouble as well. Tomahawks were more fun to fly than my Cessna 172N. ChernayaAkula
Flown in: Different types of Boeings and Airbuses. Can't remember which types exactly (see Andre's comment about the glorified buses  ). Memorable ones: Slingsby T.21 glider near Mt. Kenya - that was soooo cool! Shorts 360-300 operated by AirKenya Cessna 208B Grand Caravan operated by AirKenya - in-flight catering consisted of a soft drink from the ice box in the back! AS 332 Super Puma operated by the Bundesgrenzschutz - won that at an open day sometime in the early 1990s.
