Pete
I think it looks excellent, especially considering it's 1/72! Well done, Deacon. What's next?
Spectre711
I still have the instructions from the M1 kit and it was when it first came out. Instructions are marked 1982 but there is no mention of the size of the cannon in there. WOW, just realized that M1 is almost 30 years old. I use to have much more but after two moves this is whats left along with three Leopards and a M48. My Bradley had been washed a few times, drybrushed and dusted with powder so it is kind of grungy and the colors are a bit blended. Deacon
Thanks Pete. The 1/48 A-10 is next, although I do have a 1/48 Canadian Staghound calling me. One final lot of pictures to close this build. I decided that the kit would look better from a distance and I have added aerials. Deacon
Big Daddy
Great job!!
Sebastijan
nice work, though I think the racks would look much better if you painted them with some dark metallic colour like gunmetal, then highlighted the details drybrushing a lighter shad and finally dust and wash it with rust one... cpoud117
I can't agree more ;)
Deacon
Thanks guys. I have re-painted the tracks. They look much better. Deacon
arkhunter2002
Ditto. Any pics of the repainted tracks? The rest looks awesome. Great job with the camo, too.
bdt13
Nice! I love the MERDC schemes.
Deacon
Thanks mate. I wasn't going to post any more pics, but here is one of the repainted tracks. Unless I take the am off I can't get to the inside of them. Deacon
arkhunter2002
I'd say it's an improvement. It definitely made the rust less prominent. Good job.
31Tiger
Looks good, do not worry to much about those rusty tracks, i crewed Leopard tanks years ago and when we washed them down after an exercice and then put them in the hangers, the tracks rusted just like on your model
Deacon
Thanks very much guys. Tiger, I appreciate the reference to the rusted tracks. Makes me feel a lot better about my representation. Deacon
