Lochy
Hi All, This is my first submission here, Hasegawa RF-4EJ in JASDF marking. I used Eduard Zoom to enhance cockpit, aires resin exhausts (original ones are awful) and QB resin seats (just less work :) ). For the first time I didnt use marking from box; sharkmouth is airbrushed using hand made masks and eyes are decals, drawn by my colleague. I really like this marking so I think it deserved that additional time. Hope you enjoy it. Regards Jiri Edited January 7, 2012 by Lochy

Els
Great first post. Really nice build. I bet it was tricky painting the shark mouth on those curves.

RAIN
What a beauty...one day I'll get to a JASDF Phantom. I swear, F-4 Phantom builders always have outstanding work...must be about the huge love for this ugly but sexy workhorse plane....Amazing.
Lochy
Hi Gents, thanks for your feedbacks! It´s really nice to hear you like it ForestFan - all colors are Gunze C, original japanese shades as per kit instructions EagleAviation - I didn´t want to have lower surfaces too dark and I think it dissapeared a bit on photos. But I got the same point on our local forum so maybe you guys are right :-) Els - I was affraid before painting it but finally it wasn´t as difficult as it seems, look at photo

acechris89
The weathering on this build is fantastic! The custom shark-mouth is great too. How'd you like the Hasegawa kit btw? I'm thinking about getting a JASDF F-4EJ for my next build.

Scott R Wilson
Incredible work. Your paint work is absolutely beautiful. I thought it had to be a 1/32 scale model and wondered where you found such a kit until I saw the photo with your fingers in it! Unbelieveable! Scott W.
