Mike J. Idacavage Posted September 7, 2012 Author Share Posted September 7, 2012 Wahoo!!!!! It took way longer than I had hoped, but I finally got around to finishing my Mig 17 for this GB. I was gone for almost all of August for both vacation and work, so my modeling time this summer was at the bare minimum. Rather than leave my build stuck on pause for infinity, I wanted to upload the photos of the finished model. Better late than never! Here is how the Stoli Mig 17 now looks after finishing the build this past weekend. Thanks to everyone for your good comments and participation during this GB. It was great! Have fun modeling! The build has been and is quite inspirational and your choice of aircraft is lovley. Seeing the end result , it looks MAGNIFICENT.Looks very much like the real one.. I reallt appreciate the compliments, I am really glad that I stuck it out and finished the kit for this GB.With all of the great models that were in this build, this has been a favorite of mine.
