vesthepes
Hi This is my first "armor" build. Trumpys SA-6 + friul track-links... It is a very nice kit to build, I'm a complete newbie regarding this type of models, but it is a very nice pause from all the jets... The only thing I noticed wrong, are the too long rockets, which had to be shortened... It represents a Libyan Kub, left behin in Chad during Toyota wars. It lacks markings, I simply couldn't find a good reference with those, but also I saw many without... Weathered with different pigments and washes... Thanks for watching and feel free to comment, I really need yor feedback Cheers
Bigasshammm
Looks a lot better than anything I would be able to do with armor. Should the missiles be so pristine though? Weathering on the armor looks very nice.
vesthepes
Thanks Bigasshammm No I guess they shouldn't. On the ref photo I used they were white on white, but a little dirtier. In my case the gloss I used on 'em prevented me from weathering 'em cause the dirt couldn't be fixated, so I thought of spraying some tamiya smoke for a quick solution...If I find the motivation to mess with it again of course... cheers

Netz
Actually the Missiles should be clean, as they are not a permanent part of the tracked carrier, and once you fire them, you reload with a "New" Missile, unless this guy never see's any action. Curt
