tberres2
I'm getting ready to build a modern Eagle and I want to represent a current unit. Which USAF (and Air National Guard) units are still flying the F-15C? Is there a good reference site that lists the current order of battle by aircraft?

zipplex
You need the The Book 2011, the almanac of the US Airman magazine, it should have everything you need. Si
Jennings
As usual I hate to ask this, but did you try Google first? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/McDonnell_Douglas_F-15_Eagle#Operators Edited February 25, 2012 by Jennings

As for the ANG, Hawaii has already transitioned to the Raptor and Montana is due to loose thier Eagles. That would leave Florida, Louisiana, Massachusetts and Oregon as the only ANG operators. The Montana F-15C's are supposed to wind up with the 144 FW, CA ANG, located in Fresno. Too bad for Montana ANG which was transitioning to C-27 Spartan. According to reports, all USAF/ANG C-27's are supposed to go bye-bye in the near future due to budget issues. Montana may be walking soon.

tberres2
Thanks. I knew that the Wiki was a little out of date. I appreciate the help. 'The Book' is THE BOMB. Thanks for that tip. Edited February 25, 2012 by tberres2
