achook-achook
Hi Gents, I received a Trumpeter 10.5cm s.K 18 Kanone and the paint guide calls for a field grey color from Gunze Mr. Color. Did German artillery have the same panzer grey shades as their tanks or did their artillery had a somewhat greener type of color for their guns? Any help, comments, etc. will be highly appreciated. madmike
German artillery was painted in the same manner as other German AFV's, halftracks and softskins. Field Grey (feldgrau) is the colour of German uniforms and was not likely to be used for artillery.

ChesshireCat
I've seen German arty in Panzer Grey and desert tan. I think it just depends on the era and location. Still the grey would be good to go most always. gary
