Andrew D. the Jolly Rogers guy Posted March 6, 2012 Share Posted March 6, 2012 "Turquoise" green cockpits were introduced part-way through the MiG-21PFM production. Early PFM's gray, late green. All MiGs produced before that were gray from the factory (some came from overhaul shops MUCH later in the years with the green, but this is more the exception than the rule) and every MiG after that had the green until the MiG-29.
