Kingoalie
Greetings Everyone, Here is my recently finished 1/144th Eduard MiG-21MF in East German markings. I built the kit OOB and only added seat harneses made from masking tape. The kit was a real treat to build; I have three others in the stash and can't wait to pick up Eduard's MiG-21bis. My apologies for the poor pictures. When I get more time I'll take better pictures. Hope you enjoy it. Better pictures to soon follow. Wege
nice one Mr King. I intend to do the Sov and the Egypt one from that series.. Did you follow their instructions for the cockpit colour mix?
Kingoalie
Thanks guys. Wege, for the cockpit color I use Polly Scale NYC Jade Green. John
twhite80
Wow! What a great job. You nailed it and it is so small!
ChernayaAkula
Awesome work! I know the Fishbed is a rather small aircraft (I think the Eduard box gives a wingspan of just 5 cm/2in), but putting it next to the knife and glue really gives a nice sense of scale.
Kingoalie
Thanks for the kind words, gents. Here are some better pictures...or at least what I think are better. Enjoy, John
Wege
did you use Polyscale for all the camo or ...? :)
Kingoalie
No. I only used Polyscale for the interior color. For the other colors I used Model Master Acrylics and Talon Acrylic Metal for the exhaust.

FlyingLow
Very nicely done, I am just building two in parallel. I agree those are real gems an such a pleasure to build.
Kingoalie
Thanks FlyingLow. It's nice that Eduard gives you multiple decal options. I can't wait until Eduard releases the MiG-21bis in 1/144th.

Fishbone
Holy Cow!!! This 1:144 is better than anything I'd have done in 1:72!! Could you post pictures similar to the one with the knife, except with a few everyday items? It would bring out the scale in all it's glory! Inspiring job once again! :)
