1/48 Ocsar EW5894 Phallus aka HS Gnat

After watching "Hot Shots!" and discussing it in my thread, I looked for my gawd awful built 1/48ish Kader Folland Gnat which would have been trashed but now will have new life as the Oscar EW5894 Phallus. First I need to disassemble it and then I will need to trace my 1/72 Matchbox Folland/Hawker Siddeley Gnat T.1 and scale it up to 1/48 so I can used it as a guide to convert the Kader from a single seat to a two seater. Yes, there were a few single seater in the movie but Lt. Sean 'Topper' Harley flew a two seater. And yes, there are the 1/48 scale Aeroclubs and other more accurate kits of a 1/48 scale Gnat out there but I'm not going to build an accurate 1/48 Gnat T.1 - remember it's a 1/48 Oscar EW5894 Phallus. I hope that during the build I can rely on fellow ARCers for reference and assistance; canopy maybe a problem and will likely need help there.

Update: On hold due to my half builds taking priority before I start on a new build.
