F-5B Hellenic Af

Hello guys.I would really love to build this aircraft in 1:72.I have the outstanding revell 1:72 kit but I simply could not find any decals for it.It doesn`t have to be the same ac but a similar one.Are there any 1:72 Hellenic decals available for the F-5A/B?

I'm not sure what's available now, but I do know that at one time ESCI's F-5A came with Greek markings. I would do a search on Hannants website or your favorite decal vendor for the decals you want. Maybe check eBay as well.

My new 1/72 F-5A sheet(which will ship at the end of May) includes markings for one Greek F-5A in Aegean Blue scheme. The national insignia and stencils should be applicable for most Greek F-5A/B during the 80s and 90s. Scroll to the bottom at the following page:

The layout is slightly different, but it's basically the 1/72 version of the 1/48 sheet shown below:

Does the Greek version have some Greek characters,like the ΔΙΑΣΩΣΙΣ(rescue) one?

Mate this F-5B has the Mb MKQ7 seat,the same as from a F-104,with a different headrest.

You can also try Three Stars decals.

These are produced privately by a retired Colonel (?) in the Greek A/F who lives in Crete. He has a collection of pretty exotic markings too.

The sheet has only one HAF F-5A option (38419); so what I meant is that you will need to source them from somewhere wlese if you would like to use these decals to build another HAF F-5A or B.
