Il-2 Type 3 and the DAG-10 grenade launcher

Good day all.

This defense weapon is mentioned in the "Il-2 Stormovik in action" number 155 by Squadron/signal publications. Can anyone shed any light on this weapon and it's location

in the rear fuselage as described in this publication.

Thanks in advance for any information provided. I am building the AM Il-2 Type 3 at this time and have a preorder in on the new Tamiya kit.
