Dave1089
Hello all, Here is my recently finished Kinetic 1/48 F-16D Barak. The kit isn't the best in truth, as it's quite tricky to put together and a bit rough in places, but I think it turned out ok in the end. Parts used included Pavla resin seats, Steel Beach FOD insert, Aerobonus and Eduard RBF tags, Dr Pepper AOA probe covers and a Master brass pitot tube. Boarding ladders were donated from Hasegawa kits, GBU-10's are from Hasegawa while the rest of the hanging stuff is from the kit. Painted in Model Master and Tamiya acrylics with a panel line wash from Flory Models. Comments welcome, Thanks for looking. Dave
Jinxter13
That is sweet, I'm jazzed by the loadout, looks like it's going to be up for a while, or on one of those "here we come" IAF missions.
Fly-n-hi
Looks great! What colors did you use? They look really good.
Dave1089
Thanks guys. I got the loadout idea from a picture I seen of an Israeli F-16 during the bombing of Lebanon in 2006. The colours are Testors/Model master 1742 'dark tan,' Tamiya XF-57 'Buff 'and Tamiya XF-21 'Sky' over Testors 1728 'light ghost gray' Dave
