AX 365
410, 439 and 441 Squadrons at North Luffenham, England then Marville, France. 416, 421 and 430 Squadrons at Grostenquin, France 413, 427 and 434 Squadrons at Zweibrucken, Germany. A 1/32 scale Sabre 5 will be completed to represent 434 Squadron. A 1/48th scale Sabre 6 with 'Lion' squadron markings will be completed to properly represent 427 Squadron. 422 and 444 Squadrons at Baden- Soellingen, Germany. A Sabre to represent 414 Squadron is under construction. A couple of orphans...a differently marked 421 Sqn Sabre, a Golden Hawk and a 438 (Reserve) Squadron Sabre. They are not completely accurate and that's fine. The sentiment is there. Thanks for looking. Mike
Barneydhc82
Nice collection Mike. I had lunch with George Miller yesterday and the main conversation was the Sabre reunion at Hamilton.. George flew solo Golden Hawks and was Snowbird Lead '72-'74 Barney
