batura Posted October 7, 2012 Share Posted October 7, 2012 (edited) Hello, Does anybody know whether the 1/48 HobbyDecal HD48041 "F-4 Panel Numbers Black Stencil" set has only the panel numbers OR BOTH the panel numbers and stencils?
