They saved my bacon in Iraq, by flying me from Baghdad International to Ali Al Salem in Kuwait. I was to meet-up with my wife in Germany, but the civilian side of the BIAP was closed due to dust in the air. I saw that the military was still flying, so went over to the other side of the flightline, got on the manifest, and caught a ride in a Wyoming ANG C-130 to Kuwait. I made it to Munich in time to meet my wife as she arrived from California. Thanks again Wyoming ANG!!! Oh, I never would have known that it was a Wyoming C-130 if I had not seen that "Cowboy" marking on the ramp of the -130...I remember it like it was yesterday. Quote Link to post Share on other sites
